  • Who is CollegiateSet? CollegiateSet is a division of CreateMyTee.  We are located in Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids, Michigan, and our team specializes in designing and printing custom t-shirts and apparel for groups, teams, and events. Contact us today if we can help out with your custom apparel needs!
  • Are you licensed to print collegiate gear? Yes! We work with major collegiate licensing agencies and independent schools to ensure we are printing their logos, mascots, and trademarked symbols in accordance with school requirements and branding guidelines.
  • What if I don't see my school? Contact us today to let us know you'd like to see your school added!

Shipping

  • How fast will my order ship?
    Items ordered by 3pm Eastern time on business days will ship that day. Items ordered after 3pm or on weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day.
  • Can I select expedited shipping?
    Yes. During checkout you'll see the available shipping options and the expected delivery date for our next day and second day shipping options.
  • With standard, free shipping, when will my order arrive?
    Orders ship from our production location in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Standard orders with free shipping will arrive by either U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground 1-5 days after shipping, depending on your location.  You may estimate your transit time using the map below.

Replacements & Refunds

  • What is your replacement and refund policy? If you receive an item that is defective (print is incorrect, shirt has a hole, wrong shirt color, etc.) or the size is incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.  Please do NOT ship the original item back as we won't resell or reuse it.  Instead, we encourage you to donate the item to a charitable organization or recycle it with other old clothing!
